There is a two-step procedure that we implement to clean & disinfect and in turn sanitize by the processes below:
First, we use the cleaning method, then we disinfect.
Cleaning removes germs but does not necessarily kill germs. Disinfecting works by using chemicals to kill germs on surfaces or objects.
We clean all hard-porous surfaces (i.e. counters, tables, desks, etc.) with a cleaning solution, cleaner or degreaser daily. We also clean all soft-porous surfaces (i.e. carpets, rugs, chairs, etc.) by vacuuming and sweeping daily.
We wipe down all frequent-touch items (i.e., doorknobs and handles, light switches, faucets, elevator buttons, keyboards, toilets, etc.) with disinfectant spray and/or wipes after we clean.
Sanitizing lowers the number of germs on surfaces or objects to a safe level, as judged by public health standards or requirements. This sanitizing process is completed through our two-step process.
For sanitization, we use diluted household bleach solutions, alcohol solutions with at least 70% alcohol, and most common EPA-registered household disinfectants.
Health and safety are a top priority for us for all our customers, their employees as well as our own team members.
